SCOTTISH AND IRISH YPN ZIP INTO ACTION
Scottish and Irish YPN members zip into action On Saturday 17th September, members of the Scottish and Irish YPN took part in a zip-slide event over the River Clyde, helping to raise over £2,600 for The Accord Hospice in Paisley.
The six members who took part in the event were Nicola Durnie, Lee Miller, Katherine Sweeney, Stuart Niven, Richard Bell and Barry Headridge, all of whom work for Ciba Specialty Chemicals. In order to add a bit of glamour to the event, as if it were required!, Stuart, Richard and Barry did the zip-slide in fancy dress. Stuart came as a cow and Barry and Richard as the dynamic duo, Batman and Robin. The event was a huge success and £2,630 was raised on the day for The Accord Hospice.
